“African Youth” EP is an international collaboration between two islands. One in
Denmark and the other one Jamaica.
Walshy Fire of Major Lazer connected producer CHLLNGR with Azizzi Romeo,
the son of Max Romeo and “African Youth” was formed. The band Livity All
Stars provides a unique, organic roots reggae sound recorded to tape, while,
Azizzi flows with a modern approach that nods to the past.

The “Always Learning” zine is a deeper look through the lens of CHLLNGR and Andreas Johnsen while they spent in Jamaica, shooting material for Azizzi Romeo “African Youth” EP as well as visiting musical legends Max Romeo, King Jammy and Earl “Chinna” Smith. lyrics

The economy vomiting
From the pill they’ve been swallowing
Social system collapsing
We need a change of policies
Tyad a the poli-tricks
Making the empty promises
We the generation of change
Not having none of it

Crisis the world need fi sort out
I see some people a talk out
Restrictions taking over
Depressive mek people a pass out
Artist & Musicians cyah tour
Pinckney dem cyah even gah school
Leaders dem coming like cartoon
Chro, oh yeah eh eh

Some people say dem a style us
Is that a vaccine or a poison?
Rasta nuh fraid a them virus
Binghi man know weh dem up to
Babylon know seh yuh time up
And you’ve got no where to run to
Every man & woman every child
Standing up for their rights yeah

The economy vomiting
From the pill they’ve been swallowing
Social system collapsing
We need a change of policies
Tyad a the poli-tricks
Making the empty promises
We the generation of change
Not having none of it

Crisis the world need fi sort out
I see some people a talk out
Restrictions taking over
Depressive mek people a pass out
Artist & Musicians cyah tour
Pinckney dem cyah even gah school
Leaders dem coming like cartoon

Imagine, you cannot find a meal and haffi do without
No water in a pipe and haffi face the drought
Mi dun see what a gwaan when me a check it out
The MP nah gwaan good and you nuh vote him out
Too much people a live off a hand to mouth
Homeless, the sick nah get nun antidote
So yuh nah hear the ghetto youth dem bawling out
Yo is a revolution dem starting now
Oh yeah, Romeo mi name fi burn dem out a mi tradition
Confident and driven
Trodding with god

The economy vomiting
From the pill they’ve been swallowing
Social system collapsing
We need a change of policies
Tyad a the poli-tricks
Making the empty promises
We the generation of change
Not having none of it

Crisis the world need fi sort out
I see some people a talk out
Restrictions taking over
Depressive mek people a pass out
Artist & Musicians can’t tour
Pinckney dem cyah even gah school
Leaders dem coming like cartoon

We really need a change of policies yeah
For humanity yeah
The progeny
